Our exercise regimen is different from others; it is effective on its own. However, for quicker results, we recommend following our diet plans and incorporating our recommended healthy nutrition.
We offer two class times, in the morning and evening, both from 5:30 to 7:30 AM/PM.
You can expect to lose 10 kg within 2 months easily. If you wish to achieve this goal sooner, additional adherence to our guidelines is required, but you will certainly see results.
